This One-day course is designed to provide participants with the skill necessary to conduct effective to problem solving process and use the effective tool in Root cause analysis by strictly for work shop and case study. The problem-solving system is a technique for important element of Prevent Recurrence. It consists of Eighth steps method of choice for select to problem solving and we will be applied to effective of problem solving. It is the basis for Continuous Improvement also. The problem-solving process seeks to define and understand a root cause of problem. It asks “Why” that problem is operating outside of a target and provides a mechanism for identifying one Root Cause and implementing an appropriate Corrective Action.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

All Staffs who are responsible for the corrective action process of their company, include all management or supervisor of each department and QA/QC management or supervisor

PREREQUISITES

All participants need to understand the basic processes for their company and how these processes help to fulfill customer requirement.

• Explanation of the Problem Solving Process
– 1 Use a cross functional team action
– 2 Describe the problem action
– 3 Containment & Short team actions
– 4 Root cause analysis action (using Fault tree analysis)
• Problem analysis for customer claim
• Workshop (using FTA technique to find Root Cause)

Afternoon

• Explanation of the 8 Steps Problem Solving process (Cont.’)
– 5 Establish the permanent corrective actions (from FTA)
– 6 Implement and Verify permanent corrective actions.
– 7 Setting up the Prevent to recurrence action
– 8 Recognition the team action
• Problem analysis for customer claim
• Workshop
• Question

DAILY SCHEDULE

Registration will take place at 8:30 a.m. with the course running from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Break time is 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
