It is designed to help tutors understand what has changed from ISO 9001:2015, interpret the revised requirements, and confidently incorporate these updates when delivering certified QMS training courses.

Throughout the course, you will explore the key changes introduced in ISO 9001:2026, including the introduction of quality culture and ethical behaviour, the clearer separation of risks and opportunities, strengthened requirements for planning and managing QMS changes, updated requirements relating to organizational knowledge, customer communication and customer satisfaction, design and development, internal audit, management review, and continual improvement.

You will also examine the revised terminology and the significantly expanded Annex A, which provides additional clarification on the structure, terminology and intent of the requirements.
