This course is designed to provide will be gained the fundamental knowledge and skills required to effectively and efficient conduct an Internal Audit of ISO9001. All participants will gain the understanding of Audit principle, Audit, type Audit process, roles and responsibilities for Internal Auditors, what they should and should not do during the audit, skills that the auditors need to utilize during the audit process, how to handle conflicts, and reporting of audit findings and non-conformities. The course also includes interactive team exercises and role-playing.

People who are responsible for conducting, managing or participating in Internal (first-party) Quality Audit. This course will also benefit those who are seeking for a greater understanding of the IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 and the internal quality audit requirement
All participants should have a basic understanding of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 requirements, Core Tools and have participated in the Quality Management System of an organization.
By the end of this course, the participants will be able to:
• Under the purpose of IQA and its process terms and definitions used during an audit process
• Participate as an audit team member in order to carry out and an audit efficiently and effectively
• Develop useful audit checklist and utilize questioning techniques effectively
• Able to conduct a process audit against IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 Requirement, process approach and risks based thinking.
• Present the non-conformities and report the audit finding in an effective manner

– Purpose of conducting an Internal Audit
– Terms and definitions
– Type of Audit
– Auditor’s roles and responsibilities
– Auditor personal attributes and skills
– How to handle conflicts handling
– Review the IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 requirement
Day 2
– Audit cycle
– How to plan, prepare, perform, report and corrective and follow up corrective
action from the audit. (Refer to ISO 19011)

Registration will take place at 8:30 a.m. with the course running from approximately 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Break time is 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
