Course Description
This course is designed to provide participants with fundamental knowledge and skills required to effectively conduct a Process and Product audit of the organizational QMS, including the understanding of audit principle, audit process, what the auditor should and should not do during the audit, process approach to an audit technique, how to plan-prepare-conduct an audit effectively, and how to determine non-conformity and report audit findings. Also, participants will have chances to review their knowledge in IATF 16949:2016 in an auditing perspective. With an accelerating learning technique used in the course, participant will gain best knowledge via our interactive team exercises, discussion and role-playing.
