Struggling With Exams While Caring for Family

My grandparent has been seriously ill, and most of my time lately has been spent at the hospital, helping and supporting my family. On top of that, I have an important algebra exam coming up, and I can barely find a moment to focus. The stress got so overwhelming that i was thinking to pay someone to take my algebra exam for me as a practice test, to do well in finals not because I want to cheat, but because I feel completely drained and behind. Has anyone managed family emergencies while preparing for exams? How did you cope and still get through it?
